Our shipping policy reflects our commitment to delivering your investment pieces safely and efficiently.
Processing Time
Each order is carefully inspected, authenticated, and professionally packaged by our team:
- In-Stock Items: 1-2 business days
- Pre-Order Items: Processing time will be communicated at checkout
- Custom or Special Orders: 3-5 business days
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. Weekend and holiday orders are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (United States):
- Standard Ground Shipping: 5-7 business days - $15
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days - $35
- Priority Overnight: Next business day - $50
- FREE Standard Shipping: On all orders over $1,000
International Shipping:
- Standard International: 10-15 business days - Starting at $45
- Express International: 5-7 business days - Starting at $75
Delivery times are estimates from ship date and may vary based on carrier performance and destination. International delivery times do not include customs clearance.
Premium Packaging & Insurance
Every EZE Fashion order includes:
- Luxury branded packaging with protective materials
- Full insurance coverage for the value of your order
- Signature required on delivery for orders over $500
- Discreet packaging available upon request
- Original designer dust bags, boxes, and authenticity cards when applicable
Order Tracking
You will receive:
- Order confirmation email immediately after purchase
- Shipping confirmation with tracking number when your order ships
- Real-time tracking updates via email and SMS (optional)
- Delivery confirmation once your package arrives
International Orders - Important Information
Customs, Duties & Taxes:
- International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by their country
- These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our pricing
- Refusal to pay customs fees will result in the package being returned; original shipping charges are non-refundable
- EZE Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
Restricted Countries: Due to shipping regulations and fraud prevention, we currently do not ship to certain countries. Please contact us if you have questions about your location.
Shipping Restrictions
- We require a physical street address - no P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses
- Orders over $2,500 require adult signature (21+) at delivery
- We reserve the right to ship high-value orders via our preferred carrier for security
- Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of order placement
Lost or Damaged Shipments
While rare, if your package is lost or damaged in transit:
- Contact us immediately at your earliest convenience
- We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf
- A replacement will be sent or full refund issued once the claim is approved
- All shipments are fully insured for your protection
Delivery Issues
If you experience any delivery issues:
- Package marked as delivered but not received: Check with neighbors, building management, or household members. Contact us within 48 hours if not located.
- Incorrect address provided: Additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment
- Refused delivery: Return shipping fees and 15% restocking fee will be deducted from refund
Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and holiday seasons (November-December), please allow additional processing and delivery time due to high order volume. We recommend ordering early and selecting expedited shipping for time-sensitive gifts.
